The prototype introduces Artifex on a landing page, showcasing its key features. Full interaction with the AI, including testing its character handling and generating fonts, is available after registration through a simple dashboard where users can select their desired actions.
Users can upload either system-recommended or custom-selected characters, review and approve generated glyphs, make edits, regenerate if needed, and download the final designs as font files or SVGs, supporting an iterative and flexible workflow.
Artifex is a conceptual project with a proof of concept demonstrating potential AI-assisted font design workflows. The research and design log documents hypotheses, testing, and insights into the model's behavior and user interactions.
